  I have had a nightmare trying to find a new home. I called Greggorie Ferry Landing and talked to Dana and she went above and beyond everything to make me feel welcome and invited me to the community. The first thing I found out the whole community is NON SMOKING, and gated. I went to the office and was greeted with sincerity and someone who wanted to help me find my new home not someone out for a commision, All of my questions were answered and all the units are brand new. So when you move here your home will be yours and noones else's. I saw the model and was blown away all the upgrades were what you would expect from a $1,400 apartment and I am paying $1,040. Dana took me to see the exact apartment that I would be renting and it was beyond gorgeus. I even for $150 can paint an accent wall. And not be responsible for the repaint when I move out. The buildings are all secured entrance and the gym is way above par. The Club Room has a billards table and seating and can be used for intimate moments or occasions. For the month of September you get a free gift card. I am moving October 10 and I am going tommorow to sign my lease. They are close to everything. I drove from there to downtown Charleston to the VA in 22 minutes. As everyone knows Mt. Pleasent is moving in that direction. All the building is done all you have to worry about is where to put the furniture. Dana will take all personal calls and will speak to you whenever you need to talk. The other person I spoke to and have dealt with in the office is Windy. She has taken me to my new home twice and always answers my calls. They go way above and beyond what an office staff should do. If you want a friendly safe clean non smoking conviently located property this is the place for you. The units are going quick so if you are looking for all the upgrades and needs of a home without a mortgage this is the place for you.
