  This store needs to teach their employees customer service! The print department is so unhelpful & rude. I placed an order at noon to have the order ready for pickup by 8pm. I was called at 5pm to be told their machine had been down and my order could not be completed. I asked for it to be transferred to another store & the employee got very rude with me & told me it was not their policy. Needless to say I got them to transfer my order to North Charleston & they were more than happy to help me.
